Our selection process is agile, efficient and transparent. We have been involved in HR management since 2003, always emphasizing the personalized attention to our customers, and always offering them reliability, rigor and innovation. We also offer a wide variety of services related to professional development and HR consultancy, providing comprehensive advice to companies, organizations and candidates.

 

OUR SUCCESS: A SMOOTH, EFFICIENT AND TRANSPARENT PROCESS

We strive for the successful application of new technologies to the selection process, so that we can link candidates and customer companies, and offer them a range of high quality services in accordance with their needs. This way we can offer 3 different kinds of services:

1.On site selection
  • We elaborate a previous analysis of the vacancy and its environment: culture, predominant management style and important cultural aspects of the destination country.
  • We search for a candidate among the professionals included in our pool and in the web 2.0.
  • We take care of the prescreening and interviews.
  • We send the CV, videoCV and recorded selection interview of the candidate.
  • If the customer company wishes, we also give a final opinion on the election of the candidate.
  • In order to guarantee the quality of our work, we commit to replace the candidate if he or she decides to quit or is terminated in 3 to 6 months time, depending on the job position.

 

2.PRESELECTION & ON-LINE INTERVIEW BY THE CUSTOMER COMPANY
  • We search for a candidate who fits the requirements provided.
  • We send the customer company the preselected candidates' CV and videoCV.
  • The costumer performs the selection interview through our videoconferencing system.

 

3.PRESELECTION & COORDINATION OF ON SITE INTERVIEWS FOR THE CUSTOMER COMPANY
  • We search for a candidate who fits the requirements provided.
  • We send the customer company the preselected candidates' CV and videoCV.
  • In our offices and for the customer company, we organize an agenda of on site interviews with the preselected candidates.
